The state of Alaska offers divorce forms in packets to cover most common situations. Be sure to use the correct forms by downloading the package for your exact situation.
The forms below should be used ONLY when both parties agree on all issues such as child support and the division of assets and debts. If both parties do not agree on every issue, use the forms for a contested divorce.
