Free Pennsylvania Divorce Forms

To file for divorce in Pennsylvania, you, your spouse, or both must have lived in the state for at least six months. Pennsylvania recognizes both fault and no-fault divorces. Additionally, Pennsylvania offers three types of divorces.

The three types of divorce in Pennsylvania are 1) divorce by mutual consent, 2) an uncontested divorce, and the fault-based divorce. If you’re filing for a fault-based divorce, you will have to prove your case to the judge.
