How do I log into my account?

  • There’s a link to login in the top navigation menu on every page of our site. Select here to login.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log into your account
  • In the Subscriptions section, locate the subscription. Choose the Cancel link.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.

The form isn’t fillable on my mobile phone or tablet.

  • In order to fill out PDFs, you need a PDF reader installed on your phone or mobile device. The most common program for computers is Adobe Acrobat DC. For mobile devices there are several free apps available in the App Store or on Google Play.

How do I create and print a document?

  • Download the form and print it on your personal printer.
  • Legal forms cannot be printed directly from our website.

    I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?

    • Maybe.
    • It is your responsibility to cancel the membership if you no longer wish to subscribe.
    • The decision to refund a subscription is made on a case-by-case basis. Drop us an email and we’ll look into your account history.
    • Under no circumstances will a subscription payment be refunded more than 72 hours after the payment was processed.

    Can the legal forms be eSigned?

    • YES!!!
    • You will need Adobe Acrobat DC or any software or program capable of generating electronic signatures. Forms cannot be eSigned from our website.
    • Download the form and save it to your computer or device. Open the document in any PDF program that allows electronic signatures.
    • Prepare the form then send it to the recipient for signing.
