How do I log into my account?

  • There’s a link to login in the top navigation menu on every page of our site. Click here to login.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log into your account
  • In the Subscriptions section, locate the subscription. Click the Cancel link.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.

The form isn’t fillable on my mobile phone or tablet.

  • In order to fill out PDFs, you need a PDF reader installed on your phone or mobile device. The most common program is Adobe Acrobat DC Reader DC.

How do I print a document once it’s filled out?

  • Use the print function on your browser or keyboard. For Windows use Ctrl+P. For Mac use Command+P. With most mobile devices you should be able to send the document to your printer.

How do I create and print a document?

  • Visit the FILLABLE LEGAL FORMS page and select the form
  • When the form opens, type the required information in the shaded boxes
  • Print the document

Can I download a fillable legal form?

  • Yes but any information you entered into the form online will be lost when you save the form to your computer or mobile device.
  • You can log into your account and cancel the membership to avoid being charged again. We cannot refund the payment if you forgot to cancel your membership.

I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?

  • Maybe.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel the membership if you no longer wish to subscribe.
  • The decision to refund a subscription is made on a case-by-case basis. Drop us an email and we’ll look into your account history.
  • Under no circumstances will a subscription payment be refunded more than 72 hours after the payment was processed.

Can the legal forms be eSigned?

  • YES!!!
  • You will need Adobe Acrobat DC or any software or program capable of generating electronic signatures. Forms cannot be eSigned from our website.
  • Download the form and save it to your computer or device. Open the document in any PDF program that allows electronic signatures.
  • Prepare the form then send it to the recipient for signing.
