Oklahoma Will Age Requirements

Age Requirements: Any person over the age of 18 years of sound mind may make a will to dispose of their property and all other assets.

Oklahoma Will Witness Requirements

Will Witnessing Requirements: At least two persons 18 years of age or older and of sound mind must witness the signing of the will. Along with their name, witnesses should write their address.

Revoking An Oklahoma Will

A will can be revoked by creating a subsequent will or by codicil, or by the testator destroying the will, with the intent and for the purpose of revoking it by the testator or by another person in his presence by his consent and direction. (Oklahoma Statute 84-101)
